What I do is simple: I educate. I empower. I elevate. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I move bodies. I empower women. I guide my students into a life of wellbeing through mindful movement, mindful meditation and mindful awareness. My expertise resides in guiding women to claim their physical power to feel deeply + truly EMPOWERED in their choices especially in pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. I guide them to trust their own resilience, to trust their bodies, to trust their own source of educated and well-informed wisdom. I am deeply honored to my students who have trusted me enough to guide them in their journeys into wellness, who have trusted me with moving their bodies in yoga, and to those who have trusted me to guide them into labor.
